Shipping policy

At Crystalite Fashion, we prioritize getting your statement pieces to you quickly. All orders are processed, quality-checked, and shipped directly from our store.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed before 1 PM WAT (West Africa Time) generally ship on the same day.

• You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, including your tracking number, once your order has left our store.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times (Domestic - Nigeria Only)

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Nigeria. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

We offer the following shipping methods. Delivery estimates begin after the order processing time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size/weight of your order, and the selected shipping speed.

4. International Shipping

• We currently ship exclusively within Nigeria.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. If you have any issues tracking your order after 48 hours of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us at crystaliteclbrand@gmail.com

6. Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Crystalite Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
